ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,343,845, issued on July 1.
"Vise jaws for holding irregular shaped objects" was invented by Steven J. Lindsay (Kearney, Neb.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to vise pivotal jaws for holding irregular shaped objects that are removable and modular to work on other prior art vises. The design allows ease of disassembly for cleaning and reassembly."
The patent was filed on July 5, 2022, under Application No. 17/857,928.
