"Toilet seat cover" was invented by Ricardo Pocai (Clevelandia - PR, Brazil).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A toilet seat cover includes a first edge and a second edge. When surrounding a toilet seat, the perimeters of the first and second edges are totally or partially overlapped and are fastened by the adherence of a material in areas of direct contact with the toilet seat and with each other in overlapping areas."
The patent was filed on April 14, 2021, under Application No. 17/786,364.
