According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tool tray that holds tools and parts that is attached to the sides of the aerial lift and can be moved around the sides of the lift when necessary. The aerial lift mechanic can easily mount this tool tray on either sides of the lift to make it easily accessible to utilize tools to complete the project.
