"Magnetic tool set" was invented by Matthew Joseph Saxton (Moorpark, Calif.) and Kaitlyn Giselle Flores (Cary, N.C.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A modular cleaning set includes one or more separable components magnetically attached to each other, and including a broom, dustpan, mini-brooms, and one or more brushes. The handles and rods of the cleaning set may be reversibly attached to any of the individually separable components."
The patent was filed on July 6, 2022, under Application No. 17/858,966.
