According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An apparatus is provided which utilizes a plurality of heavy spinning masses in a coplanar and coaxial orientation which when utilized together magnify and reinforce frame dragging effect and create a frameshift."
The patent was filed on Oct. 22, 2023, under Application No. 18/382,529.
