According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The ceiling painter neck support may comprise a neck roll, a retainer, a waist buckle, and a chest buckle. The ceiling painter neck support may be adapted to be worn by a user while the user is working above eye level such that the user's head must be tilted back to see the work.
