"Cannabis plant named 'ESB-1'" was invented by Katie Jeane (Willits, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The unique annual herbaceous Cannabis plant variety 'ESB-1' is provided. The variety can be distinguished by its outstanding features of a THCV cannabinoid content ratio of about 1 part THC to 1 part THCV and purple leaf stem, when grown under certain growing conditions."
The patent was filed on Aug. 1, 2022, under Application No. 17/816,606.
