According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "X-Squared is a unique mathematical card deck and methods for using the deck to play games. This invention fills a large gap in the market for educational games by including physical cards for operands as well as exponents and parentheses. No card game in the public domain contains all of the elements of the Order of Operations (aka PEMDAS).
