"Recovery cushion for animals" was invented by Pierre Schoenaers (Waremme, Belgium).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a recovery cushion assembly (1) for animals, comprising an inflatable main cushion body (3) taking the general shape of an E and an inflatable closing body (5) designed to be assembled with the main cushion body (3) thereby closing the E-shape of the main cushion body (3)."
The patent was filed on July 26, 2021, under Application No. 17/385,772.
