According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A physical therapy device. At least one mount section is mounted onto a vertical surface. The mount section includes a plurality of cutout sections. A strap attachment clip is connected to one of the cutout sections. A plurality of spacers is utilized to separate the mount section from the vertical surface. In a preferred embodiment the mount section is rectangular."
