According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An eyewear protector and wrist wrap used with conventional eyeglasses, sunglasses, or eyewear in general, which can hold eyewear of varying size and shape and is made of a soft stretchable material. The device construction prevents the temple pieces of the eyewear from coming into contact with the interior surface of the lenses.
