ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,234,012, issued on Feb. 25.
"Method of manufacturing a light kite" was invented by Chi Kong Pang (Hong Kong).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a kite including: forming a body wherein the body includes a wing, a material of the body being made of a blister material; and forming a supporting member by blistering the wing, whereby the supporting member is formed directly from the wing, wherein the supporting member is integrally formed with the wing and maintains a shape of the body."
The patent was filed on Jan. 29, 2024, under Application No. 18/424,908.
