According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An intraurethral contraceptive device includes an insertion tool and a urethral sleeve inside the insertion tool. The urethral sleeve includes a balloon on an outer surface and a distal proximal end of the urethral sleeve, having an air lumen that extends to a distal end of the urethral sleeve.
