According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present device relates to a wind generator designed for efficient energy production. This wind generator includes a vertical support structure secured to a base, with a rotatable shaft that features an upper and a lower half. Each half of the shaft supports a vane capable of capturing wind to rotate its respective shaft half.
