According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical composition that includes enclomiphene and pregnenolone, and pharmaceutical combinations and uses thereof. The present disclosure also provides a pharmaceutical combination that includes a selective estrogen receptor modulator and testosterone in a form suitable for oral administration, sublingual administration, topical administration, transdermal administration, or combinations thereof and uses thereof."
