According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A rigid piece of luggage with a pair of telescoping posts which suspend a clothing rack above the luggage. This allows the user to place wardrobe changes in an organized and ready-to-wear orientation for dance competitions, plays, or other events where the user needs quick access to clothing.
