According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A single axle tow dolly is provided herein. The tow dolly contains a frame, a pair of wheels coupled to the frame and a set of hydraulic cylinders which are connected to the wheels. Each of the hydraulic cylinders can be connected to one of the wheels such that its operation functions to lower the frame to a ground level position and subsequently to raise the frame to a position above the ground for easy pulling.
