According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The purpose of this invention is to combine a four-legged type of stool with a hand cart. This is useful for, but not limited to, performers, for example, who have to haul in amplifiers and road cases etc. to a venue, then perform sitting down.
