According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to a food slicing rack. The food slicing rack includes at least one guiding face and a receiving face. Each of the at least one guiding face extends transversely and is configured to guide movement of a cutting tool. The receiving face extends transversely and is configured for placement of food. A height of the receiving face is lower than a height of the each of the at least one guiding face."
