According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A protective sheath apparatus for female genitalia includes a flexible and deformable stimulus pad positioned between a first and second protective layer. Each protective layer includes an adhesive frame at its periphery, which enables the apparatus to be secured to the user. Removable frame covers are attached to the adhesive frames to preserve sterility before use.
