ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,509,190, issued on Dec. 30.
"Inflatable paddle board and manufacturing method thereof" was invented by Chengji Hu (Qingdao, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An inflatable paddle board includes an inflatable body, a glue attaching layer, and a padding layer, the glue attaching layer is arranged between a top surface of the inflatable body and the padding layer, so as to reduce the occurrence of bulging and glue peeling, thereby improving the service life of the inflatable paddle board."
The patent was filed on March 25, 2025, under Application No. 19/090,326.
