According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided is a wearable traffic signal device, a blinker, which is configured to send traffic direction signals when a user is riding a micro-mobility. The device includes LEDs disposed in the main body of the blinker and signals may be sent through controlling the LEDs.
