ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,511,599, issued on Dec. 30.
"Computer network with a performance engineering maturity model system" was invented by Josef Mayrhofer (Minnetonka, Minn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein is a performance engineering maturity model (PEMM) system that can be implemented in a computer network to improve upon or overcome performance engineering issues within information technology (IT) systems of organizations."
The patent was filed on Oct. 30, 2023, under Application No. 18/384,991.
