"Plant growth accelerator" was invented by Qingling Li (Guangdong, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A plant growth accelerator includes a negative voltage device with a negative voltage generator. A negative electrode is electrically connected to an output terminal of the negative voltage generator. The negative electrode is configured to directly or indirectly connect to plants."
The patent was filed on April 18, 2025, under Application No. 19/183,632.
