"Tracker keepsake system and method of use thereof" was invented by Christina Alexander (Victoria, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A keepsake package is provided for use with a mobile computing device, the keepsake package comprising a sachet, a biodegradable keepsake which is releasably retained in the sachet and a scannable code which is linked directly or indirectly to a navigation application website that is specific to a deceased person or deceased pet."
