According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The device presents a cooling pillow designed to improve sleep comfort by delivering a controlled cooling effect. It features an ergonomically contoured top section for supporting the user's head, neck, and upper body. The pillow integrates a conduit system with two electric blowers, generating a forced air flow for cooling. Adjustable louvers and a front vent regulate and direct this air flow.
