According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The moveable paint tray preferably includes a base ring, a peripheral wall, a sloped ramp, an engagement platform, a handle and a hood. The peripheral wall extends upward from an outer perimeter of the base ring. A liquid support surface is formed in a portion of an inner perimeter of the base ring.
