According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed in the current invention is a way to build a low cost and highly efficient surf pool by using diverging and converging swells to create waves for surfing. When a plurality of individual plunger wave generating devices or a single triangle pyramid shaped plunger, force a diverging swell into a first end of a surf pool.
