According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A toy vehicle apparatus for performing a burnout function includes a burnout panel mounted to a base. A vehicle model having a rotatable wheel is mounted to the base with the rotatable wheel lying on the burnout panel, which comprises an abrasive material.
