According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The neckline fitting system provides an adjustable and customizable fit for apparel worn on the upper torso, such as shirts or blouses. The system includes one or more channels integrated into the neckline of the garment, each housing an elastic member.
