"Device for hanging and transporting meat" was invented by Rian Robert Wade Julian (San Martin, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A device and method for hanging and transporting game meat is provided. The device includes at least one hollow tube and at least one attachment that can be secured to an upper end of the tube. The attachment has hooks that can be inserted into the meat for hanging the meat from the device. The meat can be de-boned, and the tube can be used to replace the bone to provide support for the de-boned meat and to transfer heat away from the meat to prevent spoilage."
