ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,396,632, issued on Aug. 26.

"Enhanced visualization methods and systems for endoscopic procedures" was invented by John Schelter (Centennial, Colo.) and Matthew Provencher (Edwards, Colo.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the present invention provide enhanced visualization of laparoscopic space or the like perhaps with multiple camera views on a screen or multiple screens, a camera box, scopes, or the like."

The patent was filed on Sept. 23, 2020, under Application No. 17/029,984.
