According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electric lantern with foldable fan blades is provided. The lantern has a plurality of vertically oriented light panels separated by non-illuminated sections. A plurality of fan blades are located at the bottom of the electric lantern. The fan blades rotate three hundred and sixty degrees. A hook is located at the top of the lantern so that the lantern may be hung in a room, tent or the like.
