"Partial-fractional phase-locked loop with sigma delta modulator and finite impulse response filter" was invented by Reetika K Agarwal (San Jose, Calif.), Abbas Komijani (Mountain View, Calif.) and Hongrui Wang (San Jose, Calif.).
