According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A blackout cover for use with a pillow and/or pillowcase is disclosed. The cover includes a breathable or non-breathable pillowcase with an integrated blackout cover means that can be deployed over a person's face and eyes to block light and improve sleep.
