According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A constant-air inflatable decoration has an inflatable body defined by walls and an inflation port formed with one of the walls. A blower is located at the inflation port and incorporates a blower fan adapted for generating continuous airflow from an outside of the inflatable body to an inside of the inflatable body.
