According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Wearable fogging apparatus and methods of their manufacture and use are disclosed. In one embodiment, the wearable fogging apparatus consists of a graphics T-shirt that includes graphics disposed thereon. The graphics may include both a permeable portion, through which gases are able to pass therethrough, as well as a non-permeable portion, through which gases are not able to pass therethrough (or are otherwise able to minimize the theatrical effect of gases passing therethrough).
