"Asynchronous administration and virtual proctoring of a diagnostic test" was invented by Jesse Ohayon (Plano, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Asynchronous administration and virtual proctoring of a diagnostic test, where virtual proctoring occurs at a later time and different location than the administration of the diagnostic test."
