According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The sleeping bag assembly may include a sleeping bag, one or more connecting portions, and a quilt. Advantageously, the quilt may be configured to drape over the top of the sleeping bag and cover the less insulated areas of the sleeping bag.
