According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A bike saddle bag has a bag body and includes a fastening strap and at least one sling. The fastening strap has a first restraining part, a second restraining part, and a fixed part. The fixed part is joined to the bag body. The first and the second restraining parts extend oppositely from the fixed part and around the bag body and detachably connected with each other, thereby surrounding the bag body.
