According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A hand scrubbing device designed for automated and efficient cleaning of hands. The present invention features a housing with a sloped bottom wall for fluid drainage, supporting a chamber that houses three brushes: a lower brush, an upper brush, and a center brush. The lower and upper brushes rotate in opposite directions to scrub the hand, while the center brush focuses on cleaning the fingertips.
