According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The rapidly interchangeable fishing lure system disclosed herein gives an angler the ability to switch tackle faster, more efficiently, and more cost effectively while fishing, and allows the angler to be more conscious of the environment.
