According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tape light carrier system includes an elongate structure having a tape light receiving recess along its length. An inner and outer set of slots are arranged on inner sides of the tape light receiving recess. An inner covering lens is engaged with the inner set of slots and an outer covering lens is engaged with the outer set of slots.
