According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A kit for securing eyeglasses to headwear includes a hat attachment assembly having an engaging plate, a retaining plate, and a first magnetic material. The retaining plate defines a throughhole, and a prong extending from the engaging plate engages the retaining plate by insertion through the headwear and throughhole.
