According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a rotatable toilet paper holder device primarily comprised of at least two side walls, a bottom wall, a base and a toilet paper roll holder. The toilet paper roll holder is spring-loaded, such that a toilet paper roll can be secured between the side walls of the device.
