According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A foldable tray assembly for securely storing food and beverages in a vehicle or an article of luggage includes a tray which includes a first panel hingedly coupled to a second panel such that the tray is positionable between a flattened position and a folded position.
