ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,275,343, issued on April 15.
"Fold-up convertible camper bed/bench" was invented by Donald Dziatkiewicz (Fort Pierce, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fold-up bedding conversion system enables the creation of a larger sized bed that may be used in limited space situations, where the conversion system includes a frame that includes a substantial portion of the bed and a bench, positioned at a proximal end of the bed, that is rotational movable to enable the back section of the bench to be positioned substantially in-line with the bed."
The patent was filed on March 27, 2023, under Application No. 18/126,570.
