U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) this evening spoke on the United States Senate floor regarding the tragic death of Alabamian Ella Cook, who was murdered at Brown University. Following her remarks, she joined her Senate colleagues from Rhode Island in a moment of silence for all those impacted by the shooting this past weekend.
