The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 26 by Patricia A. Coleman, Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Laboratories and Scientific Services.
Summary: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to CBP regulations, that Intertek, USA, Inc, (Valdez, AK), has been approved to gauge petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes for the next three years as of July 8, 2025.
