Following this court's February 23, 2024 show cause order (ECF No. 5), the Social Security Administration moves to dismiss this appeal. Harold L. Edwards, Jr., has not filed a response to the order or motion.

On June 16, 2020, the district court entered judgment against Mr. Edwards, and, more than three years later on January 25, 2024, Mr. Edwards filed a notice of appeal seeking this court's review of that judgment. This court does not have jurisdiction to review social security benefits cases. See 28 U.S.C. section 1295; 42 U.S.C. section 405.
